Deployment Options
All options follow a strict Bring Your Own Data (BYOD) policy. Select the model that matches the market data your strategies require.
If your strategy is based only on OHLCV data, you can run the entire package directly on your local workstation for:
Ideal when you already have reliable OHLCV feeds and prefer to keep everything on-premise. No cloud dependency required.
If your strategy uses Market-By-Order (MBO) + OHLCV, and your backtesting needs only OHLCV while Paper / Live require both OHLCV + MBO, you can choose:
Benefit of cloud: Start and manage the environment from any device, with the same BYOD principles.
You continue to supply the data. We provide the scalable runtime and connectivity layer.
If you want to backtest MBO-based strategies, the recommended path is our cloud environment. BYOD remains fully applicable.
What we provide:
You retain ownership of the data. We supply the storage, compute and tooling to work with large MBO histories efficiently.
Cloud Option
When you choose the cloud path (options B or C), you still keep full control under the BYOD model.
AlgoFusion is a technology provider. Under the strict BYOD policy you retain ownership of market data, strategies and credentials. Cloud environments are isolated per client. Encryption is applied at rest and in transit. Access is controlled via secret keys, optional 2FA and IP restrictions. You can export or permanently delete your data and environment at any time.
Clients remain responsible for their own regulatory compliance, risk management and exchange membership requirements.
